Xu Ge
Xu Ge, born in 1983 in Xianju, Zhejiang Province, graduated from China Academy of Art with a master's degree. He constantly tries to break through the previous artistic cognition and technical means, and integrates artistic modeling, electronic control and mechanical transmission into his creation. He has been working on machinery art since 2010. He works from his love of science, mechanics, physics, and the electronic control. Under the influence of European classical automata art, Xu Ge focuses on the movement mode, the sound of the machine and the inner poetry. A variety of materials are organically combined to convey the artist's emotions by means of a dynamic installation. His crossover creation concept makes his works present more possibilities.
